False negative Cdiff test-patients just as sick

In this small prospective study of patients with confirmed Cdiff, those with a false negative EIA were similar to EIA+ positive patients in most all clinical indicators. Those with false negative testing Cdiff are just as sick as those with true positive testing (abstract)
