Night time intensivist staffing mixed benefit

This retrospective analysis of 49 ICUs in 25 hospitals found no mortality benefit to night time intensivist staffing among ICUs with high-intensity daytime staffing, but did find a mortality benefit among ICUs with low-intensity daytime staffing.
