In 2 preliminary studies of novel H1N1 vaccines, researchers found that the immunogenicity of 1 dose of vaccine may be sufficient (arguing against the need for 2 doses for most adults). These studies reported serum antibody results at 21 days, so stay tuned for follow up (abstract) (abstract)
