NSAIDs increase CV risk after MI, regardless of length of time

This large retrospective analysis of patients post-MI found the use of NSAIDs increased the risk of subsequent CV events, regardless of the amount of time post-MI. NSAID use should be limited in patients post-MI, regardless of how much time has elapsed (abstract).
