STEMI delays increase risk of subsequent CHF

In this large retrospective Danish cohort, researchers found that delays in time to PCI in patients with STEMI increased the risk of subsequent CHF; every 1 hour system delay increased the risk by 10%. This enhances the enthusiasm for short door to balloon time (abstract)
