Diagnostic accuracy of cardiac CTA

In this large multi-center study of patients who underwent both cardiac cath and cardiac CTA, the overall diagnostic accuracy of CTA was good (AUC 0.87), but there was significant variability between different centers. Diagnostic variability by center may limit the universal adoption of CTA as a non-invasive means to diagnose CAD (abstract)
