Oxygen relieves cluster headaches

In this trial of 109 patients with a cluster headache, they were randomized to 15 minutes of 100% Fi02 or high flow placebo. Absence or relief of pain occurred in 78% of the oxygen episodes and 20% of the placebo episodes. High flow oxygen is effective at aborting cluster headaches (abstract)
